Contact and project information
Your name, email address, company (optional) and the message you enter in the form. Name, email and message are required to handle your inquiry. On WhatsApp, we receive the number and messages you choose to share. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or confidential information about your clients.
Technical data, cookies and measurement
Providers that display this website and protect its forms may process technical data such as IP address, browser information and security logs. Third-party links and content may use their own measurement technologies. If we add optional tools requiring consent, we will explain their purpose and request the appropriate authorization.
Your contact details and project information are used to:
Respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and coordinate the follow-up you request. If you hire us, manage delivery and project communications under the agreement. Any additional use requiring consent must be disclosed and authorized separately.
You may choose not to provide information. Without a name, email and message, we cannot handle an inquiry through the form; you may also choose WhatsApp or email. An inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. Any additional authorization will be requested separately.
External providers apply their own policies. Using their links may mean they receive technical data or the information you choose to send.

The form uses Autovoid’s own endpoint hosted on Vercel to process inquiries and send them through Gmail (Google) to holaautovoid@gmail.com. If you choose WhatsApp or Instagram, Meta’s services are involved. Embedded content and external links are subject to their providers’ policies and may involve processing outside Costa Rica.
Access to campaign data or client systems must be limited to the authorized scope and documented in the service agreement. This website policy does not replace the specific privacy terms for Fluyva or for systems developed for clients.
Processing limited to its purpose
We retain information for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, provide the requested follow-up or manage the contracted service, and for periods required by applicable obligations. We limit access to those who need it for these purposes. No storage or communication system offers absolute security.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent where applicable by emailing holaautovoid@gmail.com. Describe your request and the channel you used to contact us; proportionate identity verification may be required. Requests must be handled within applicable legal timeframes and conditions.
