We help businesses and e-commerce companies through digital marketing with Meta Ads and custom software development.
Depending on the contracted scope, we work on:
Advertising strategy and offer selection. Copywriting, graphic creatives and editing of supplied material. Facebook and Instagram campaigns and WhatsApp integration. Budget monitoring, analysis and optimization. Software design and development according to the project.
On-site photography or video filming depends on the plan and quotation. Fluyva is a separate SaaS product with independently defined terms.
Use this website lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
To deliver the services, the client provides:
Brand identity, accurate business information and available material. Authorized access to the necessary accounts and platforms. Current terms, prices and promotions. Review and approval of ads before publication.
Unauthorized access, compromising website security and using other people’s content without the appropriate permissions are prohibited.
The accepted proposal sets out scope, deliverables, timeframes and commercial conditions:
Marketing is charged as a monthly fee. Advertising spend is not included in our fees: the client sets this budget and pays Meta directly. Payments, renewals, cancellations and any refunds are agreed on in writing, without limiting applicable legal rights. The client handles conversations received on WhatsApp and is responsible for closing sales.
No number of inquiries, sales or specific return is guaranteed. Results depend on the offer, market, budget and commercial follow-up. Delays in materials or approvals may affect timeframes.
Rights to materials, developments and licenses are specified in the proposal or contract:
Client materials
The client retains rights to their brands and content and must be authorized to share and use them. Their use is authorized only within the contracted scope.
Developments and third-party tools
Delivery of code, editable files and usage rights is agreed on in writing. Pre-existing and third-party tools retain their licenses. Meta, WhatsApp and other providers operate under their own terms.
Changes to external platforms may require scope adjustments. These terms do not exclude non-waivable rights under applicable Costa Rican law.
